FR compounds are moisture-sensitive and heat-sensitive. Store sealed away from light. Storage temperature < 35°C recommended. Use within 4 hours after drying.

Product Overview
Select flame-retardant PA6 by formulation, color and tested thickness. This page links two PA6 GF30 sheets: red-phosphorus B7G6HFP2 BK in black and halogen-free B2G30NHIS . NC in natural color. Both record UL94 V-0 on the 2.0 mm row; this does not establish performance at thinner walls or in another color.
Neither sheet states CTI or GWFI values. Specify those requirements before a trial and request matching formulation test documents. A V-0 test result is distinct from UL Yellow Card recognition. HDT is measured under its specified load and is not a continuous-use temperature.

Part trials and approval checks
For connectors, relay bases and switch parts, specify minimum wall thickness, color, creepage-distance design, CTI and glow-wire requirements before selecting the flame-retardant system. Approve flammability, dimensional stability and assembly strength separately. A custom 0.8 mm V-0 project needs its own formulation TDS and matching test evidence; the two downloadable 2.0 mm sheets do not document that thin-wall specification.
