PA66 Part Warpage & Deformation: A Systematic Approach from Material Science to Mold Design

Warpage in PA66 parts is a classic challenge in injection molding. Due to PA66's high crystallinity and pronounced anisotropic shrinkage, thin-wall and large structural components are particularly prone to deformation.
