Product Overview

PA6+30%GF combines the processability and cost advantages of nylon 6 with the strength of 30% glass fiber reinforcement. With tensile strength of 170–190 MPa, flexural modulus of 8000–9000 MPa and HDT of 200–210°C, it is an economical workhorse grade for power tool housings, automotive parts, chair mechanisms and industrial components.

Compared with PA66 GF30, our PA6 GF30 delivers a smoother surface finish, easier filling of thin-wall geometries and a lower price point — while still offering excellent stiffness and impact balance. It is produced on our 14 twin-screw extrusion lines under ISO 9001 quality management, available in natural or black, with custom color and additive options (lubricated, toughened, heat-stabilized).

Jinsu supplies PA6 GF30 factory-direct with free samples, low MOQ, fast global shipping and full technical support. Contact us for a quotation or to discuss a custom PA6 glass-fiber compound for your project.

Applications in Detail

Power Tool Housings & Components

The combination of stiffness, impact strength and easy filling makes PA6 GF30 a favorite for power tool bodies, gear housings and handles. Its flowability helps mold thin-wall, ribbed designs without short shots, and its surface quality supports cosmetic finishes after painting or texturing.

Automotive & Mechanical Parts

Clips, brackets, housings, pulleys and covers under the hood or in the cabin benefit from PA6 GF30's dimensional stability and heat resistance up to 200°C. It withstands vibration, fuel and oil exposure in most under-hood positions, offering a lower-cost alternative to PA66 grades in moderate-temperature applications.

Chair Bases & Industrial Components

For office chair bases, armrests, castor wheels and general industrial parts, PA6 GF30 provides the stiffness to prevent creep and deformation under continuous load, with excellent process economics for high-volume production.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the density of PA6 GF30?

The density of our PA6+30%GF is 1.36–1.38 g/cm³. This is useful for calculating part weight and material cost per piece.

Can PA6 GF30 be used for food-contact or automotive-approved parts?

We offer standard and customized grades. If your application has specific regulatory requirements (e.g. RoHS, REACH, UL, OEM specifications), send us the requirement list and we will confirm compliance or develop a matching formulation.

How long does delivery take?

Stock grades ship within 3–7 days after payment. Custom colors or formulations typically take 7–15 days. Air freight and sea freight are both available worldwide; we handle export documentation.

Do you provide samples for testing?

Yes. We send 1–2 kg free samples for qualified inquiries, with fast courier delivery (DHL/FedEx/UPS). After evaluation we can adjust the formulation based on your test feedback.
